The DCI Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for all field and terminal location hiring. This includes hiring for direct roles such as maintenance technicians, mechanics, and tank washers, as well as indirect roles such as parts counter sales, billing coordinators, etc. They will effectively research and recommend competent talent for open positions. They will provide team leadership and training as well as strategic insight and direction for organizational, hiring, and regional leadership to best achieve recruiting goals and objectives. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates that fit the company culture. Industrial and field recruiting experience preferred.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $77,000 per year, dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid, 2 days in office each week, at 615 Channelside Drive, Suite 206, Tampa, FL 33602

Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
End-to-End Execution: Actively source, prescreen, and interview candidates; facilitate the post-interview evaluation process with hiring managers to identify and select top talent.
Job Architecture: Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and draft accurate, detailed job descriptions for all postings.
Offer Management: Partner with HR leadership to recommend competitive salary ranges, incentives, and start dates; extend formal job offers and manage the closing process.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop branding campaigns and enhance candidate engagement across multiple channels.
Strategic Leadership & Partnerships
Executive Advisory: Provide strategic insight to HR leadership and company executives on recruitment trends, search strategies, and culture-fit analysis.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted recruiting liaison for regional and site leadership, ensuring a seamless hiring process across all locations.
External Networking: Establish and maintain partnerships with external resources, including trade schools, veteran resource groups, industry associations, and career placement services.
Operations, Systems & Compliance
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME for all recruiting systems (ATS), clinical requirements, and pre-employment screening (background checks and drug screens).
Process Optimization: Act as a thought leader for process automation, system optimization, and the evaluation of new vendors or AI applications in talent acquisition.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure strict adherence to federal and state laws, including affirmative action and anti-discrimination regulations; oversee high-volume onboarding and new hire paperwork.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze recruiting metrics, financial data, and market trends to build ROI dashboards and inform data-driven decision-making.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business with 3+ years of progressive HR/recruiting experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ClearCompany preferred) and background check platforms (First Advantage/Sterling preferred).
Software Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Meet).
