Role Overview:

The Operations Specialist will be trained in all functions of the company’s operations and will provide coverage and offer support as needed.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Operations Specialist will be trained in all functions of the company’s operations.
• The individual must develop skills and maintain a proficient working knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
• Provide support in operational departments to cover staff vacancies, leaves, periodic customer surge requirements.
• Offer other support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Preferred candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Candidates must be computer literate, have strong organizational skills, be able to effectively prioritize, have time management, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have customer service experience (Preferred)
• Must have a Valid Drivers License.
• At least 3 years operations support.
