DCI is seeking a skilled CSR Rep to support administrative duties for the Chicago IL facility.

Primary responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

• Working with customers and dispatchers to resolve issues which arise in the day to day activities of the dispatch department.
• Completing billing for multiple lines of business within company operating systems.
• Answers phones and is the first point of contact for customers.
• Verifies information against the customer’s appointment time and communicates this information to the customer.
• Sends all communication on customer detention delays so as to avoid billing issues.

Preferred Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years’ Customer Service experience
• Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry preferred
• Advanced knowledge of working on computers & in software systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
