We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join DCI’s team as an Integrations Engineer. In this critical role, you will design, implement, and maintain integration solutions that connect our platform with internal and external systems and services. You will work with APIs, EDI protocols, and B2B connections to ensure seamless data exchange for both internal operations and customer-facing transactions. You will be responsible for driving successful projects from inception to completion and will interface between our customers and company stakeholders.
Hybrid position in office 3 days a week between Monday and Thursday.
Office is located in the Channelside area of Tampa, FL. Only candidates in the Tampa Bay area will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable interfaces between our systems and those of our partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement custom integration solutions.
- Monitor integration performance and optimize for efficiency and reliability
- Implement security best practices for all integration points.
- Stay current with emerging integration technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in integrations development, with significant exposure to API and EDI technologies
- Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, and web services
- Experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and B2B integration patterns
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Familiarity with integration platforms or ESB solutions (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
- Experience with data transformation and mapping techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud integration services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of industry-specific data exchange standards
- Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
- Background in e-commerce or supply chain technologies
- Exposure to API management platforms
- Understanding of security protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
